We use various Third-Party Services to operate the Site. These include Google Analytics, Amazon Web Services, and may in the future include email services and other third-party services. By using our Site, you consent to our providing Collected Information with Third-Party Services to be used in accordance with their own privacy and security policies as they exist today and as they may change in the future.

As stated above, Kootanla collects only the minimal amount of usage data necessary to maintain and improve the GRIIDS platform. Beyond the information you explicitly provide during account signup, we may collect limited technical and behavioral data (such as session activity, feature usage, or error logs) to enhance platform performance, develop new features, and surface more relevant utility data.

We do not disclose, sell, or share any personal information with third parties outside of Kootanla. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized employees and contractors directly involved in operating, maintaining, or improving the Kootanla GRIIDS platform.

Because this limited data collection is essential for platform functionality and service quality, we currently do not provide a mechanism to opt out of usage data collection. Users who do not wish their data to be collected in this manner may discontinue use of the GRIIDS platform.
